It is really good to hear your experience, could you please show us the instruction so we can follow. Thank you very much.

I was in the same situation and called Ircc today as a sponsor with the PA also in the conference call (although the PA did not have to talk). The agent asked for my name/dob/address/email/uci and was able to confirm that they did request schedule A via email which I never received, so he asked me to submit both schedule a and pcc via the web form. The agent did not send me instructions but asked me if I was in front of the computer and then directed me to the IRCC web form and he also asked me to put in the description that they should fix the technical issue with my account so there is no further loss of information.

Really hope they fix these issues for everyone.

Also, how is it people seem to know what their Visa Office is at random stages of the process? I can't figure out a pattern.

It's really a catch 21 situation, the Pa is not in Canada, so they can not call(with US exception), and the sponsor's call will not get reply. so what will we do if a mail not received and a document required. :o

Maybe you could try using the IRCC web form to get the conversation rolling with immigration. It seems to be used for lots of different inquiries. If you search for "IRCC web form" on the Government of Canada web site, you will find the link to the form.

I hope so too. It seems their process is broken right now and needs to be fixed for those of us who are nervously awaiting any communication from them.

Hi there, any here can help me how to fill out IMM 5669 the correct way? My situation is, I was employed full time from 2010-08 to Present. However, I took part time night school from 2012-09 to 2015-09 while working full time. How do I fill out overlapping dates on this form? Appreciate it much! :)

Is it at the time of receiving AOR1?

Thank you in advance

not really, sometimes it comes first before SA, but sometimes SA first before MEdical request. maybe depends on VO..

Will they inform me via an email?

I submitted my file on 24th march and they received on 28th march. Until now, I didn't received anything from them.

I cannot figure out the pattern either.

Did you receive an email from IRCC requesting the Schedule A? Or did you contact the IRCC Call Centre and then upload the Schedule A via the IRCC web form?

I got an email from them the day after AOR. I submitted it through myCIC.

Salamat! :D Another question, We saw on ECAS that SA was Decision Made and on PA ECAS says "We sent you correspondence on March 26, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

We linked the application already on March 26 but still cannot upload IMM 5669. Any idea how long we have to wait?

Permanent Residence Application Status changed to "In Process" on ECAS today!

I wonder if people are forgetting to update their info on the spreadsheet. My evaluation process seems to be going much faster than others according to the spreadsheet.
Have you got your doc request from GCKey? Thank you.

It's a common problem for everyone now. For sure that correspondence is Schedule A and PCC request. So what I suggest you do is to Fill out the schedule A form in the computer, validate, Print, hand written sign, scan, and save as PDF file. Also, colored scan your NBI clearance and save as PDF file. Send both file through IRCC web form by choosing sponsorship. Do it as soon as possible because they could take up to 10 days before they open the file, so to avoid delays do it as soon as you can
