I was in the same situation and called Ircc today as a sponsor with the PA also in the conference call (although the PA did not have to talk). The agent asked for my name/dob/address/email/uci and was able to confirm that they did request schedule A via email which I never received, so he asked me to submit both schedule a and pcc via the web form. The agent did not send me instructions but asked me if I was in front of the computer and then directed me to the IRCC web form and he also asked me to put in the description that they should fix the technical issue with my account so there is no further loss of information.wintermao said:It is really good to hear your experience, could you please show us the instruction so we can follow.
