I contacted the IRCC Call Centre today because I had not yet received a request to submit the Schedule A. The agent who assisted me was very helpful. He said that an email had been sent to me to submit the Schedule A almost two weeks ago. However, like many others on this forum, I never received that email. So he sent me an email a few minutes later with instructions on how to submit my Schedule A through the IRCC web form. Although I am sad about losing almost two weeks because of technical difficulties on the part of IRCC, I hope the process continues with no other hiccups.
If anyone else chooses to contact the IRCC Call Centre, please be patient as the hold times can be very long. I think I waited about 30 minutes before speaking to an agent.
