I am the sponsor and from this morning my ecas is displaying my previous pr application and status as decision made along with my current sponsor status which still says "in process". Does anyone have any idea what this means? Why is it showing my previous completed application from years back?

I finally resubmitted my application day before yesterday on the 4th and cic received it yesterday! I'm really hoping and praying they don't return it again. Once again the waiting game begins! Wish me luck!!

Permanent Residence Application Status changed to "In Process" on ECAS today!

I wonder if people are forgetting to update their info on the spreadsheet. My evaluation process seems to be going much faster than others according to the spreadsheet.

did u upload your schedule A already? if yes how long ago to the time you saw the latest update

Relief that it won't be returned.

Btw, we only submitted 2014 & 2015 NOA and it was accepted. So all those who are worrying they might now require the 2016.

So I am highly confused...because I call cic today and then the lady said she doesnt see anything on file in my husbands name or mine( mind you she wasn't that friendly at all)..so I asked how did they find it two weeks ago and then she basically tells me that the other 2 reps were lying in regards to finding my application in the system...This is just the beginning and I am already annoyed wow.

We also only sent our 2014 & 2015 NOA and I just received AOR1.

Congrats! That's reassuring. Did you include an explanation letter of why you didn't have the 2016 NOA, though? From what I've seen, it seems like the people who included an explanation letter aren't getting theirs returned, and the people who didn't include one are (sometimes) getting theirs returned.

Hi everyone. Our application received last February 20. Last March 23,CIC sent email to my husband (sponsor) saying that he was sponsor approved. The problem is they are asking for our Schedule A and said that they will send a request outlining the submission of schedule A to the Principal Applicant but until now there's no email yet. Any suggestions on what am I going to do? Should I wait? They only given us 30 days to submit.

I was wondering. We sent our application March 11 2017 and they received it March 17 2017. We havent receive any email or confirmation nor status on our applicatio yet. We havent uploaded Schedule A. Should we upload it and then they will email us? Or should we wait for the email? Me and my husband are getting worried.

YOU SHLD PROBABLY CALL THEM. I DONT WANT TO BE NEGATIVE BUT A LOT OF PPLE WHO DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS GOT THEIR APPLICATION RETURNED. I REALLY DO HOPE ITS NOT THE SAME WITH YOU. SO JUST CALL THEM FOR UPDATE

Thanks starnaenae. I agree that it doesn't make sense at all! But, there have been multiple people who have posted in this thread who got theirs returned due to the NOA. Fingers crossed my app will be okay. Glad yours was accepted and is going smoothly!!

my spouse (PA) from outside Canada has been calling and this is what he said "A lady picked and told me I am calling the wrong department and that I can't reach the department from outside Canada but I can send them email or check their website"
