Hi everyone, so because of the notice of assessment my entire application was returned once again, i have started this since January, and it is really frustrating, somehow i think there is just no heart in all of this. Anyways i resubmitted the application on Monday it was received yesterday, does anyone have any idea of the now time to receive AOR1? please?

Hey I received our application number and UCI number yesterday (10days) CIC revived our application 21 march
And I the sponsor just received another email from CIC. 11 days

So we called CIC and were asked to upload Schedule A through Web Form. Hope it works out

I dont believe so. I submitted 2015 NOA and got SA 2 weeks ago. I did attach a letter explaining that I have not received my 2016 NOA yet and hence have attached 2015 NOA. In the checklist it says submit the latest NOA and provide explanation if you cannot submit latest one.
hi, when did you submit and how long did it take? i sent mine with 2015 noa and sent it in received 23rd of february, and it was sent back to me.

hi you received your AOR1 within 8 days? and SA in 5?

Well, since we submitted our 2015 notice of assessment with no explanation, PLUS the use of a representative form situation that I tried to fix already, looks like my application will be sent back to me a second time. I'm so frustrated. My husband is self employed and doesn't receive his notice of assessment until filing his taxes. 2015 should be considered up to date until mid May! Uuuggghhh.
Fingers crossed there will be a literal miracle and I'll get my AOR, but fully expecting to get my application back at this point.

Hi need help .

I just got a email from CIC SAYS:

Dear,*** sponsors name *****
"This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 21/march 2017"

I'm the sponsor Canadian citizens and I'm sponsoring my wife for permanent residence.

Why is it saying they got my application for permanent residence for sponsor
Shouldn't this email be for my wife coz she is applying for permanent residence?

Was the applicant's email in your application? Or did you just include your email?

That means you will never get a request for schedule a in an email? how will you know they are satisfied with your documents sending through web form? Thank you.

My PA checked the application status and it said that correspondence has already been sent about a week back. But we never received it. So I safely assumed that we are never getting that mail.

No her email wasn't in the application
I just put my email in the application

That explains why they are contacting you and addressing you. In many applications, they have the sponsor's and PA's emails, which is why they're emailed separately, but if they only have one email, they go with that one for all correspondence. As far as the "This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 21/march 2017" bit, that's probably automated, so they didn't change "your application" to "your spouse's application." I wouldn't worry about it. :)

Thank you, that email kind of scared me. Coz I'm already Canadian citizens and I don't want to back to permanent residence lol

thank you so much
but already linked my account

Did you used the Application Number and UCI to link the application. I'm having the same issue of my wife's Surname blank on her passport and i'm not able to link the application. How did you get it to work? Did you created the GCKey account under the Sponsor's name or the Applicant's?
