Heh Step...thats GREAT news!!! Just popping in to see whats going on...hope the remaining wait is SHORT!! And Mrs Step will have some time to acclimatize...slowly when Fall arrives here...Mrs JGM and me too for that matter still haven't thawed out from the cold Spring here..Mrs JGM found a job related to her background but cant work work as "licenced" until she completes a Bridging program to bring her up to Canadian standards. With diligence and some driving dropping off CV's the first few weeks..she scored a job about five weeks after Landing...all is well here..

Thanks JGM613, it just happened out of the blue. In process May20,2014, I got the call from CEM first asking if my wife had changed phone numbers because they were trying to contact her to no avail. Caller then asked if it would be OK if my wife could land by July 13. I said of course. LOL
All of this happened late on my birthday( talk about a great present)
She will courier Passport and Appendix A as soon as she can. CEM gave 10 days to comply with request.
I'm really happy your wife has adjusted so well to life here.
Hopefully next winter won't be so cold( make it easy on the new immigrants)
Enjoy life.

Fill in only the Applicants information?
Address where your passport can be returned courier collect. Will CEM send passport back to this address regardless of what addresses they have on file?

you will need to fill the applicants part only....

Im actually hopeful that it IS another BRUTAL winter...because then maybe we can go back to live in the PH.. ) Wow...yah Id say that's got to be one of your BEST ever birthday presents! She seems to be taking it in stride..and expanding her local network every day a little..every week seems to be have "firsts"..in her life...first time seeing so many tulips...we're essentially Ottawa and the Tulip Festival is just wrapping up..first time ever driving a truck...giving her lessons on dirt roads in the countryside...first time this and that...HOCKEY....cheering for the Habs...cause theyre the only Canadian Team playing for the Cup..yup...she's taking on a new life with vigor and enthusiasm...as I thought she would! YUP...LIFE is good! ) Lucky us!

For all of you "waiting" and just beginning the "process"...have Faith that down the road,eventually, YOUR turn will come...and you can get on with your lives!

We completed the new Appendix A with both her info and mine...we also wernt sure...either way it doesn't seem to matter much..we didnt prepay for the return...DHL simply collected at point of delivery..they'll return it to the address on file..unless you make a last minute change of address...by way of "Case Specific Inquiry".

Doesn't make too much sense but for whatever reason they seem to almost always ask for it....

Hi step... the purpose of the appendix A, is to where to send your visa and passport,, it is nothing do to with the forms in what you filed.... I think you have no children here in the philippines.... If you only sponsor your wife.. just put here name and info on the Appendix A in what indicated in the passport...

Congrats Step, hope God will also make it for us before my husband's bday, our meds is 1 year on June 10, they didn't ask for our remed anyway ...

Sent all docs they asked for last May 22 via DHL, successfully delivered as per tracking May 23...

To those still waiting for PPR, never doubt God's mercy, He is always on time...
