IM SORRY BUT I CANT EAT DURIAN, IT IS DISGUSTING
But you know there's so many kinds.. especially from those stands in Davao and Tagum. You have to get the one that tastes like Custard, that's the best one. I don't like the crunchy one as much. And it has to be fresh from the stand. Not a small piece wrapped in plastic at the SM.

mmmm custard...

Wow, but did they get a Cow tag every year? My Dad goes in with a group of 5 friends every year. Somebody will always get a Moose tag and sometimes even a Cow tag and a Moose tag for the group.. last 2 years they got an Elk tag! First time.. Guess what, the Elk were hiding that weekend :P
My guy can't wait to go Moose hunting as is family tradition.. oh no!!! He also can't wait to try Moose.. maybe we can have a new flavour, Moose Adobo.. also he wants to try Canada Goose, it looks pretty yummy to him.

I think it will be a long time before he can taste Canada geese. They are a protected species. Better not get caught poaching.

Actually there's a legal hunting season here. And there's way too many!

They are growing at a rate of 12% a year and are a HUGE problem locally :D They totally ruin fields and public parks en masse. I'm not really advocating killing them since they mate for life, but as my partner pointed out, then you have to kill both the girl and the boy ???

Never knew that. They used to be protected under the migratory birds act. I guess they have finally pissed off enough people to lose that protection. Very nasty birds.

I don't know if they infest the GTA like they do here.. you should see them. They stick around all winter like freeloaders, pooing and eating in every grassy public space. It's just gross.. and if kids want to play ball in the park for example you have to go out with a wheelbarrow.

They stop traffic on the Lakeshore and Eglington ave in Etobicoke. Completely halt traffic while they waddle across 6 lanes of traffic.

Have you ever had them poo on your car? Years ago one did a load on a hot day on the roof. By the time I had it washed off it had actually eroded the paint. I don't know what it was eating, but there must be something to that saying "fast as sh*t through a goose".

Finally my wife got her request for remedical today via email. Its nice to get some good news for a change.
