Congrats to both Gort & Jeep! Getting an "In Process" is a big relief for you two; now it is just a short while to ppr.

No man. That's the way it was going down last year. Ours was the first application (as I recall) to go In Process before PPR . . . that's why it weirded us out. Then there was another either late Dec or early Jan.gortandmugs said:anyone that gets a PPR before in Process is not reading the spread sheet right...it has to be In Process before PPR..... so I think the ones in Nov and Dec are full of Sh44t
Considering I created and have maintained the sheet for a long time I have more than a passing acquaintance with the data, and PPR happens before and after in process. So if you are looking for someone who isgortandmugs said:anyone that gets a PPR before in Process is not reading the spread sheet right...it has to be In Process before PPR..... so I think the ones in Nov and Dec are full of Sh44t

Nice to see the movement in some of the apps, but still no change on my end. Guess I'll be keeping this place going...

I think once we are all done it will be a very quiet forum.
Not sure where you get that from.doljan said:well i guess those who hates CIC will change tune once they have their visa...

Ya. This comment bothers me. My complaints about CIC will not finish just because my wife gets her visa. That she would get a visa was never in question for me. The issue is one of fairness. The government closes visa offices abroad and funnels everything through one nearly doubling the processing times for all visas coming through that office. Meanwhile an office like Hong Kong can pump out visas in 4 months. The delays in processing automatically make your medicals expire adding most cost to some for the same service. It should never cost me more than $1050 + the cost of aquiring the original required documents.doljan said:well i guess those who hates CIC will change tune once they have their visa...
