Hmmm. I really hope we get at least 12 PPRs a week for the month of May.
And they return all the passports witiin 2 weeks

My guy just phoned CFO Cebu to ask what he needs to bring. They said it's 8am and to bring pictures of us together and also our Marriage contract. I made him phone them back and ask what happens if we are not married. They said bring a birth certificate and an NBI and proof that we are together. So he's planning to bring his iphone.. lol And I will send him the relationship history photo documentary.. like National Geographic magazine

iPhone is a good idea, they have wifi there, my wife was able to send me iMessages about some questions they asked so she could get proper answers.

As for flights to Canada that bypass US. Besides the Manila-Vancouver ones or the HK to Vancouver or HK to Toronto

If you are on east coast there is a a Qatar Airways flight that goes Manila-Doha-Montreal (3 hour stop over in doha) - these go on sale every now and then.
For those in Calgary there is a direct flight from Tokyo to Calgary. You can catch flights from either Manila or Cebu to Tokyo.

So that would be for PDOS and peer counselling.
I guess it doesn't matter as long as he gets a certificate.

I think she will miss the summer here. My guess is that she will be here by September. If it s earlier thats great but I don't have much confidence in CIC to do anything right.

I checked our status on the CIC this morning while i,m in Nashville.... They started processing my wifes application April 24/13... well I know its there... next is the PPR.... very soon I hope....

anyone that gets a PPR before in Process is not reading the spread sheet right...it has to be In Process before PPR..... so I think the ones in Nov and Dec are full of Sh44t
