hi Congra for MR ! But don't say u have been asked for new valid AEO ? My aeo was for one year and is expire last Sep,2011 am afraid they will ask for new valid aeo am still waiting my MR !

Hi I dont have an AEO i have a 2 year LMO with the company i am with...they have asked for an updated job offer letter and that is all...good luck with your application...

VOs are working the way they receive the BGC result.
if you are not receiving any updates please order for CAIPS and send case specific inquiry, as well as revise your application copy for any document which is creating delay in BGC result, for example non computerized marriage certificate, birth certificates, transcript of non recognized universities , job experience letters without any contact numbers etc.

I received e-mail as follow:

" Dear Sir,

Having entered your details into our system I can see that your application is going through the standard procedures at the moment and is under review. I am sorry to hear that your consultant isn't offering a suitable service. If this is the case, I recommend you take an active interest in your case as you have, you should also continue to follow up your consultant for updates and take any action if necessary.

Regarding your address change, if you would like you can reply to this email and just state the current address you would like on file. I can then check to see if it was changed and if not, I can change it for you.

Please also state your full name, D.O.B. and file/client number.

This means your consultant is proved as “ghost” consultant and this reply is the part of crack down against “ghost” consultants

I ordered my caips hopefully will get it on 27th july, I don't know what makes the deley, but I have a question MR.Engeineer, I joined new company and left my priviews company 3 days ago, I informed my consultant and they told me to wait, when we get corspondece than only we will update ur new job !! They said new instruction by VO don't update until VO asks ! Is that true cus I don't blv them at all ..

When I sent my application, one of my previous employers was not able to provide me with a job description so I have asked my supervisor to just send it to me through email with all the company logo and contact number, hence I submitted a print out of emailed job description to CHC plus I was not able to send my contract on the same company because I thought I've lost it.

My questions are, does this delay the BGC? I got my second line on June 12 2012 that they have started processing my application does this mean that BGC is over? As i have obtained a print out of the same job description written in the letter head of my previous company and just now I have found my contract, is it possible to send a scanned copy to LVO via CSE? Or should I wait for them to ask for it.

if your application is under BGC , this reply should clearly mention that your application is under BGC. Your MR is on the way inshaALLAH
