Forgot to mention i never been issued canada visa before, this is my first visa

My canada visa rejected 3 times, this is forth application, yes i have valid us visa, i visited new york ib 2017 once.. I know people without any travel history got canada visa in 20 days.. Now canada visa is much easier then before.. Good luck to everyone

Applied from Dubai Application Submitted : 27 December, 2023 - New RICC Portal Biometrics Completed on 27 Nov 2019 Application Status : approved 11th January 2024, tmoro am submitting my passport in VFS dubai Visa approved in 16 days..

Applied March 15, 2020, till today waiting no response, sent ecas inquiry no reply..

That's the problem, after all documents still he or she rejects , this shows VO just doesn't want to approve, anyway nothing in our hands , all we can do is to reapply and try to convince VO..
