Medical in Knightsbridge London:

First was the radiographer who took a chest xray. She then asked me for another one as I didn't breathe in deep enough for the first one. She took a quick look then sent me to the dunny to pee in a cup. She told me I didn't need emergency surgery from my chest xray so I was ushered into another waiting room.

Doctor came in showed me to her room. Asked loads of questions about medical past of myself and family. The doctor then took my height and weight. The scales were on carpet so took a couple of kilos off. She then asked me to do an eye exam.

Doctor asked me to take off all my clothes and lie on the bed face upwards. I did as she asked but it turns out she didn't mean take ALL of my clothes off she meant stripping down to my pants, who knew eh? Did a few more checks and then asked me to put my clothes back on. Medical done.

I asked a few questions about my health but she said I was absolutely fine.

Meds wont be sent until Monday but they are done and nothing more for me to do.

Yeah I pee'd into a cup and handed it to em. Blood test was just one of the standard checks.

For anyone in London I certainly would recommend this surgery over the over one in London.

I'm trying to cancel my "Ghost" consultant but I am having trouble with my scanner hence still trying to e-mail copy of form with updated address to LVO. Will sare any news as soon as I get them.

Thanks Ryan for sharing Med experience with us.....Sounds like a very straight forward procedure. I guess I won't need to put hubby on a diet after all!!! LOL.

There is an easy way to lose weight. Teach your hubby how to shake his head. Once he has mastered this now tell him to do this any time anyone offers him cake at work

My appointment was at 3pm but I didn't get to see the radiographer until 15:20ish. I was completely done by 16:00 and heading to the pub. It was much quicker than what I was expecting.

.... ...not sure the head shaking would work thought...as since he's a chef he does the cakes himself...One would think he's the one who had te 3 kids and no me....LOL....anyways he's not that bad..put some weight on when he stopped smoking...

It was just luck but the doctor I had was very good. Well as far as I could tell she was very good. It was so funny when she realised that she had told me take all my clothes off and I had already done as she had asked.

Now all I am hoping is to jump the queue waiting for the PPR and get mine first before everyonr else

So close to the finish now, I can't wait to get out to Toronto and see my girl again.

With all the announcements about the freeze and the back log hopefully lots of people will start to see things happening With the exception of Mr President of course. He didn't celebrate Canada but I bet he is partying hard for Independance day
