I have just received response from the LVO to my CSE. Please let me know what you make of it and your thoughts of what you think I should do regarding my consultant. Your opinions will be really much appreciated.

I received e-mail as follow:

" Dear Sir,

Having entered your details into our system I can see that your application is going through the standard procedures at the moment and is under review. I am sorry to hear that your consultant isn't offering a suitable service. If this is the case, I recommend you take an active interest in your case as you have, you should also continue to follow up your consultant for updates and take any action if necessary.

Regarding your address change, if you would like you can reply to this email and just state the current address you would like on file. I can then check to see if it was changed and if not, I can change it for you.

Please also state your full name, D.O.B. and file/client number.

IMO, this is your chance to get rid of your crook of a consultant. People with more knowledge must share their views.

Under review ? What does that mean background check isn't done and over with LVO is so frickin mysterious .
If you are getting good response from LVO than you should kick your consultant to the curb and take control of your case

Thank you very much for your comments. It looks like I will be sending the cancellation form to the LVO and deal directly with them. On a good note I can be sure MR gets to the correct address...

Not sure, maybe they are not allow to give too much info since they are suppose to deal with consultant. Maybe Mr. E could comment on that when he checks the thread tomorrow....

AACD is from Ireland and staying in Canada,SO, that's it, that's why he is getting his process done step by step without delay, and I think we cannot compare ourself with such applicant who are from Europe or Australia.

hi Congra for MR ! But don't say u have been asked for new valid AEO ? My aeo was for one year and is expire last Sep,2011 am afraid they will ask for new valid aeo am still waiting my MR !
