Many congrats to ASMB. It looks to me that LVO is only focusing on applicants with job offer at the moment. LVO sent MR to two applicant in this forum who have job offer. VO started processing their file on 7 June which is same as mine but I did not get anything. It's almost 11 months since cic receivedy file . Hope LVO works with all category and we get our mr soon . May Allah gives us more patience.

I would like to bring to your notice, that my job is ready in Toronto, I have a job offe from a Canadian Employer as AEO ready since March 2011, I applied my doc, on Oct,2011, got my PER on 5th Jan,2012 and since then not even received second line,
So, how can you say that Lvo treating holders of job offer specially and sending their MR sooner?

Well 2 days in to the new week and no further forward, don't know if it is the same for you all but it is becoming an obsession checking the ECAS system to see if we are due an update? then checking on here to see if anyone else has had any positive news to keep everyone else's hopes alive!!

You should not get obsessed by the way. You are an October 2011 applicant. Atleast you have ur MR done. There are still some July 2011 applicants who have not heard a single update till now. Consider urself lucky and relax, you will get there soon Insha Allah.

It was just SABU's assumption. LVO is unique and don't want us to design any pattern regarding their processing so they just keep on changing things from one case to another.

I have just received response from the LVO to my CSE. Please let me know what you make of it and your thoughts of what you think I should do regarding my consultant. Your opinions will be really much appreciated.

I received e-mail as follow:

" Dear Sir,

Having entered your details into our system I can see that your application is going through the standard procedures at the moment and is under review. I am sorry to hear that your consultant isn't offering a suitable service. If this is the case, I recommend you take an active interest in your case as you have, you should also continue to follow up your consultant for updates and take any action if necessary.

Regarding your address change, if you would like you can reply to this email and just state the current address you would like on file. I can then check to see if it was changed and if not, I can change it for you.

Please also state your full name, D.O.B. and file/client number.
