Good remedy for high blood pressure is morning walk , during morning walk you require energy but stomach is empty so body utilizes lipids and sugar in blood and in this way blood becomes thin and blood pressure decreases.

any walk would do,it has nothing to do with the stomach being empty,best is healthy lifestyle

Not working in my case Mr E.

I walk to work 3-4 times a week and that is a 60 minute walk and I always have brekkie at the office so my stomach is empty. Despite this I still have sky high blood pressure :-(

I know but that may be a difficult one. We'll need someone to track his location from his computer and then look for CCTV to see if we could get an idea what he looks like (all very "The Bourne Identity") lol... 8)

Had I of not found out that my blood pressure is as high as it is then I wouldn't be quite so un-nerved by the whole thing.

Unfortunately know I want to get angry and hit something which apparently is no good for my blood pressure. Catch 22, damn it!
