Take from someone who only seems to get one visit a year.. enjoy it. Never know, things may just speed up! I got a feeling Mr. blue will be here before you know it!
I sure hope so! I think it's needless separation anxiety on my part. We've never gone more than a few months without seeing each other, minus the seven-month gap before our wedding (and that was difficult - we fought like crazy because we were on edge all the time), and we've always spent a lot of time on Skype with each other every night. Once he leaves for India, the time difference will be bigger, no reliable networks, etc. I think what I'm really getting nervous about is that I don't know what I'm going to do to fill the time once he leaves the UK. Most of my nights for the last two years have been dedicated to spending time with him. He has set out plans and things he wants to do while we wait, but all I have is being burnt out at work and catering to all of my mother's idiotic whims on the weekends. Although, once spring comes around, I will finally start training for a race! HAH, I haven't ran since it got cold.
But, at the end of the day, it's temporary! I know how lucky we've been so far and every day I'm thankful I'm a citizen and I have had the money available to me to hop on a plane to the UK when I get the time off.
