I wish. I think my life is pretty boring. I haven't been sleeping good so hopefully I can sleep in a little and get plenty of rest. I've had a pretty stressful week at work. As a matter of fact, while typing this, I want to get my hair done. A facial would be awesome too...ya I think that's my plan: Pamper myself

my husband and I fell in love quickly too! It took us about two months after we first started talking to one another (we met in person after 2 mos) to realize it, but i swear I fall more and more in love with him every day.

He asked me to marry him three times. The man just loved hearing me say yes lmao.

nope... you might even have me beat with that! I was down visiting for all of Christmas and New Years. We had been talking about getting married and when we would do it and all of that for months at that point and even had a date picked but he had yet to really ask me. I told him that there was no way I could just move down here to get married without having a ring on my finger and his family knowing about the upcoming wedding...lol So while I was there we went and looked at rings and whatnot so I thought it would happen Christmas morning...NOPE! Then we went to see the Nutcracker and out for a really nice dinner so I thought it would happen then...NOPE! Then it was New Years eve and I thought maybe at midnight....NOPE! So there I was the day I was getting ready to fly back to Alberta and I was like "if you aren't serious then I think I have to cut my losses!" He did his best to get me really mad at him all day! I wasn't even talking to him by the time we headed back to his parents place to pack my stuff to head to the airport! We pulled into the garage and he just opened the glove box and there was the ring box and then he just started to cry... I was still a bit pissed and was like "was there something you wanted to ask?!" lol Then his little sister opened the door and just glared at us from the doorway... it was pretty funny! So eventually he did croak out "will you marry me?" and for some crazy reason I said yes...lol!

this made me laugh so much!!

That is a great plan. This weekend i have a skype date with hubby for his birthday and i may have to work hoping to kick back and get excited about going to the gym!

Did I ever tell y'all how we met?

I met a girl on a Clay Aiken website, she and I became really close and she introduced me to my husband back in 2006 (Feb 11th 2006 hahaha I remembered the day and everything!) We became close but because we were so far, both of us didn't act on our feelings. We both had relationships and always turned to each other for advice. After a very rough breakup for me, I reconnected with him and I realized my feelings for him were stronger than my feelings for the previous guy and how I "crushed" on him the entire time. We started dating the day before I was baptized (April 24th 2010) and he came up here for the first time for my birthday in August. Took me out to an EXTREMELY fancy place (The waiter gave us a choice of 6 waters hahaha) and proposed to me by Lake Ontario . That's our story haha.

Ok guys I have a for real CIC question to ask everyone...lol
So we got our Passport request and a request of proof that we are planing to move to Canada back on12/12/12. I sent out a scanned copy of the passport and a letter from me and one from my dad as proof of the move. I just got an e-mail from CIC requesting a copy or scan of the passport again. Should I just re-send the scan I did or do you think I should go and get a copy and mail it to their stupid a$$? What would you guys do?

Mine asked me 11!! He said he was scared, that the first 10 were a test, he was terrified, not that he didn't want to marry me, he did abd that scared him. If you know him like I do, it makes perfect sense. He's a worrywart and thinks things through very thoroughly but he knew I was the "one" fairly early on. He just never rushes into things.

Did they ask for the original PP or a notarized copy of it?

Seems weird but I'd if it's the latter, perhaps you should send another notarized copy.

If it's just a regular copy, then send the one you did previously.
