Hi, my medical was done on June 06 2012. Today I check my Ecas and it was updated it says medical received what is my next step

Could be because of fast processing at your VO, unlike London VO.
If you've paid your RPRF, then sit back and relax... Your PPR could be on its way soon.

No I did not received my RPRF how long does it take for me to received it.

lol!!!! I think they know by now how the prospective canadian immigrants look like !!! :D

Cheers!!

Let's complete... 'how the prospective canadian immigrants look like - as part of their furniture!!!'

I guess I'll have to go to follow up on status of request as I'm not expecting much help from the young lady there... It was her first day, so I won't be surprised to see her hiding behind a pile of files on my next visit. I'm surprised at the level of height some banks are touching here when it comes to incompetence in customer service... Yet they still manage to win awards!!!

Interesting data, jotgrewal. Thanks for sharing.
My medical request says that I should give them 3 months to review medical results and proceed to the next stage. Let us hope that London commits to this self-imposed timeline.

Probably they will encash it once the security checks are done, so it might till be in process...

Hi Kivian,
if you have a bank able to issue a cheque or draft payable at a Canadian bank the RPRF will be easy but if no such bank present in your area (like me) it is time consuming or need to ask some one to make it for you, from here thanks to my friend in Canada who purchased the cheque for me and I sent the money back to him via WESTERN UNION.
please inform us about your updates.

Exactly what I also thought Lovie. However there have been cases where:
¤ Applicant received PPR without 'meds rcvd' appearing on e-cas
¤ RPRF not encashed yet & PPR / +ve DM status... etc

I've read that the security/criminality checks should not take more than 20 days, so if it is '20 working days' then I hope to have something coming in soon.

So far my e-cas shows as 'in process' since 5 July 2011. Exactly 1 yr & 1 week! :(

Rvd PPR1 letter on 12 July thru email.

Timing to submit below documents within 45 days
1- Passport Copy
2- two Photographs
3- Update Information Chart

EClients Status : In process (without Medical Rvd Line)

Hi asamnani, congratulations for PPR, it appears about 4 months between Medicals and PPR,
1- Have you been informed about M.Rcved during this 4 months as u say in yr e-cas not mentioned?
2- please clarify this and inform us about your visa.
3- PPR should be the Original pp why pp copy?
regards,

Osman
