X-mass is knocking but don't see any symptom of X-mass gift from LVO.

Look into my case, my case is in london office.Few weeks back i checked my eCase which was chnaged from InProcess to WithDrawn. I send an e-mail to London office and immediately they replied that your case has been transfered from an older computer system to new one. Hence, your case status changed to WithDrawn, they also mentioned in e-mail that my case is under background check and they hope they will be concluded within a month.

Now yesterday i checked my ecase status and after entering all details website not able to find my case status. Please note ai already went through medical on 2011 and waiting for new medical form. I am really worried after disappearing my case from website, is anybody faced similar issue before?.

They might have changed your file from the old CAIPS to GCMS, and by doing so gave you a new file number. Did you try your UCI (or other numbers) when logging into ECAS?

They did not gave me any new file number, they just mentioned that my file has been moved from old to new system. Is there any way to get new file number? BTW what is UCI?

It would be nice if he is open to share the email he received unless he thinks it would affect his application in a way or another

They did not gave me any new file number, they just mentioned that my file has been moved from old to new system. Is there any way to get new file number? BTW what is UCI?

UCI is your "client ID Number" / "Unique Client Identifier". You should find this on amy official correspondence from CIC (along with your file number, e.g. on your PER letter).
Your UCI should consist of 8 digits (and no letters).
Your file number should consist of one letter (usually B or E), followed by 9 digits.

When you try to check ECAS, you can select either one in the pulldown menu (identification type) - obviously with the corresponding number.

I apologise for the delay, not been online.

Unfortunately it looks like it was a generic email, but at least they have responded. Its the only positive news i can give you.

But even though I still urge all others applying under the 2013 entry to email the minister as the more he gets the more chance there is that he going todo something.

45 pages. lots of details but more of confusing.

It seems that my file was transferred and received in LVO on 19/08.
I can figure some medical due dates on second of September! but status is "Not Started"
Eligibility Selection which i guess the completion of process due date is exactly after 1 year of PER.

these are all same like what i received in sep....my file was also shown transfer to lvo on 19-Aug....
lvo never acted according to the alloted due dates...its obvious by noww..just as per minister instructions they have put one year due date from PER...but i doubt it is going to work....

but we should never lose hope...if strategy has been followed by other visa offices (like NDVO) that older applications will be processed in parallel with FSW 2013 applications, we can expect some exciting news in another 2-3 months...

I think you are right Maria, I think LVO will start to process our apps somewhere in January. 2014.

yes.....secondary VO was 'CIO' and then value removed on the date file reached london (19-Aug)

how abt eligibility in Application section....has it got a new value...for me it was 'Not started'
this can give us a good insight if something happened in these 2.5 months...
