Rest:

Application 7 - Criminality - Not Started
Application 8 - Primary Office (This is for GCMS-system office but date is 26-07-2013)


No more application numbers for me...next section 'ACTIVITY' starts...
Please share with us Application 9-12 for our insight...

but if Eligibility is 'Not started' for you just like my GCMS notes...it means guys LVO is sleeping over our applications...

Dear All 2013 LVO applicants,

If yet you haven't emailed the minister regarding the processing times for the LVO please can I urge you all to do so.

Emailing can do no harm and can only improve our chances of speeding up the processing in London.

As stated by other 2 members who have received GCMS notes.

1. JBZZS (PER issued) on 11 July 2013
2. Jigzyy (PER issued) on 9 July 2013
3. Ahab 1974(PER issued)on 7 August 2013

One thing very similar I have noticed from their GCMS notes. Every one has mentioned about 3 due dates. (1) One immediately after the file arrived in LVO, (2) One some where in dec or jan and (3) 3rd due date is exactly one year from per date (Unique in every one's case).

Here goes their personal quoted dates.

1. JBZZS "My GCMS shows several due dates....21-Aug-13, 13-Dec-13 and the date of exact 1 year after PER ... God knows what's all this...."

2. Jigzzy "Last Due Date: 2013/09/28, Due Date: 2014/07/09 (My PER date in 2013), he had not mentioned about the 3rd date"

3. Ahab 1974 "1. GCMS Notes indicate that my file has been assigned to an officer at the London Visa Office (LVO).

2. The date date for the assignment to the officer is 31 January 2014. This is when I think the file processing is due to begin.

3. There are three subsequent background checks. (i) Security, (ii) Criminality and (iii) Medical.

4. The due date for completion of all three checks is 7 August 2014. That is exactly ONE YEAR from the date the PER was issued. "

At the end one common thing at least this year they have decided to give us PR by exactly one year from PER.

Very strange indeed. This medical due date of 02/9/2013 has passed and nothing happened. Could it be because the "assigned to" is not stated? In order words, no one is responsible for ensuring that the medical was done on that date

I have no due dates either in December or in November. the next due date in my GCMS is 08/08/2014.


Guys, for your info, my consultant told me that CIC consider the validity of the PCC we submit is 1 year. is this correct?

I think 13 Dec 2013 was due to some additional docs that I sent in Early Oct ... Once u send some docs they put 2 months to recheck if they received those docs

My file was received in LVO in Aug and a Visa officer was assigned to my file in Sep.

the same was the case with Jigzzy. His file was also assigned to a visa officer in Aug I think

Yes, I think so its the same. Unless it is mentioned specifically the validity of the PCC.
For example UAE PCC is endorsed with the 3 months of the validity time, Indian PCC doesn't say any thing about validity.
