Its a coincidence i was too reading this yesterday. But do they talk about PR applicants?
I also read another recent article like that from Parliament but mostly they are concerned on temporary resident.

Alhamdullilah Landed in Calgary on 5th nov.
Now living in Edmonton.
Got off the plane was directed to CSBA. Handed over the disembarkation card no questions asked.
Was directed to Immigration counter who never asked me a single question apart from writing my address and me asking to change my Marital status on Copr. Collected my baggage and was away.

Thats good news prince_of_darkness !!!

Want to know experts views about the following case.

My brother had applied for SINP program about 4 years ago, about a year ago he was requested for IELTS, he scored the overall 4.5 (which is also the minimum required. listening (4.5), speaking (5.5), writing (5.0) and reading (3.5). the minimum required was Listening 4.5, Reading 3.5, Writing 4.0, and Speaking 4.0.

He got rejection stating that he will have problems in finding job. He had got 90 days to reply. He found full time Job offer letter, letters of support from brothers in Canada, and also the Saskathcewan government showed their support for my brother in their reply to London Visa office.

I want to know that what are his chances now? will they still keep their decision or will now change it after the job offer and other letters?
