I got another email asking me to submit my passport to Abu Dhabi office. For some reasons, I skipped PPR1 stage. Hurray!

Congrats,

i received the following email.
"This email is in regards to your application for permanent residence.
Your application is close to being finalized. Please submit the following information via email within 5 days:
- Passport copies (bio-pages) of all family members
Please do not change the subject line in this email. We look forward to hearing from you.
" any idea when would I get the PPR request?
"

i have been out for a while due to some traveling. i am glad to see lots of people are done with their visas and many got updates. lots of congratulations to all. i wish a quick and speedy processing for us all.

form my side, i got my ppr 1 about 8 weeks ago, but there is no sign on ppr 2 so far. is there anyone else who is facing the same situation as mine?

My visa officer is RIH.

Hi, did you send copies of passports along with "Updated Info Chart"? that case PPR1 is automatically fulfilled. Some people do so and so did I as my initially submitted passports had expired and my chart was updated in real sense.
Anyhow, as far as the case is linked and on positive track, it does not matter to be worried.
By the way, was your initial VO London and why it has been changed to AbuDhabi, any clue?

No, I did not send photocopy of my passport instead I sent my original passport. As far as I can remember, the only time that I have sent the photocopy of my passport is when I submitted my original file.

My VO is London but since I'm based in Oman, my passport will be stamp in Abu Dhabi. Still my visa office is London.

Will you please share what else they ask to submit to Abu Dhabi office along with the passport? if they have asked the photos, then did they provide any photo specification?

Photo, copy of the email, and ARAMEX airway bill. They have a guidelines about the photo. It's Appendix B.

It depends on your country of residence. They will email you ALL the details.

Bro they are charging fee of end July applicant and issuing PER to start July applicant
seems like they(CIC) have crossed mid August applicants with completeness check (Cap).

Minimum of 12 days before u see status update on ECAS
