in this form you have to mention experience in which you are eligible if you are eligible in only one then fill for that, dont mention for the NOC in which you are not eligible however in background declaration form you will start from the age of 18 and fill all the activities. read the guide...

if your experience is less then 1 year you can not apply for that NOC. minimum requirement is one year
