I will keep u posted but i am really depresed now.
Naturally it is a depressed situation. Order caips to find the exact situation.

Hi, sorry to hear that:-<
We have the same NOC and almost the same timeline. I wonder what could be the reason on your case?
Would you mind sharing once you get it, maybe just some minor things which can be rectified then you can appeal?

Today i checked my ecase. It says decision made. So i am out of the game now.
Now i have to wait for the letter to know the reason for rejection. I cannot reapply as 1111 is out of list as well.

Sorry to hear that, but you can appeal....I know some of my friends appealed.... Did you see " application in processes' or directly you saw decision made?

If you want i can call my friends to tell me the exact way of appealing...

ohhh :(really i am very sad to hear this :(, i wish that i will be error and eemmoo1 got her status changed into in to IN Process surprisely. plz Allah help all of us.

eemmoo1 do your employer verified by visa officer and which documents you attached with your experience. :(

I have observed one thing, i may be wrong.

Those occupations who have been omitted after 26 June 2010, most such applicants are been rejected for some reasons !

I know, as per rule their case would be handled according to the law at the time of application but may be visa officers have in back of their mind, that particular occupation is no more required !

Do you guys agree ?

Come on Arman, they have a sophisticated system beyond our imagination , but its the only volume of the application now most of the asians have to submit their full application to London Office....regarding his rejection he has to wait for the reason , most of the cases it could be qualification not recognized or work exp letter was not proper .......... wait and share letter with us ...Good Luck

I totally agree with you............ or at least the process will be harder than before.........

@ Ali haider... what does the sophisticated system, which as you suggest, beyond our imagination has to do with rejecting many people??? This is a policy NOT a system... they already stated they do not have enough budget...

Dear eemmoo1

Sorry to hear that and I know the feeling it's like a dream is about to come true then it's shattered.
My advice to you is to order Caips notes and if it was a mistake from them fight it off.

Unfortunately they don't have selection criteria any more it has become a rejection criteria, they are trying to find a bogus reasons to reject. If you saw the excel file there were 6559 cases passed and 6677 cases were rejected in 2009. which mean 50% approved rate. And in the first quarter in 2010 the number of applicant were doubled.

Dear All,

I am really thankful to the courage and support from all of u. So far I am waiting for a response from my consultant. My case went to in process on July 15....so soon.... and the people from april and may have still status of "docs received". I don't want to comment at this stage but i will share with u all what i will receive from CHC london.

Already wasted USD 3,500.

Lets see.

Regards,

Really ! it is painful to loose such amount of money and also stress during application process (we are going through) what we can do is only condole with you.... but hiring consultant and then getting rejected is really weired ......... after joining this forum m sure all of us know better than consultants out there who are just making their money or swapping hats of their clients.........

Guys my full documents reached London office on the 21st of Sep.

Don't worry about 2nd AOR as long as you see ur Ecas changed to RBVO then its fine...I have been waiting my 2nd AOR since May 26 but untill now I dont know where it goes. They send it or may not.. But after 3 months I send case specific enquiry regarding the 2nd AOR. then after 2 weeks they replied and inform me of the new file number..

Sometimes also you will receive 2nd AOR in 2-4 weeks..

Hope this helps.

thanks for the reply ecas is still Eligibility review completed - - - - - - - -
