there is a buzz going on in this forum that "date of file transfer" is also a critical one. Can we add details in Mubashir's table carrying date of transfer. by doing this we'll be able to guess the priority followed by London CHC.

Do u guys agree?

i`m not sure that the date of transfer is very importance in processing the files in London office
my file transfer on 04-02-2010
and satish_lkb files transfer on 16-12-2009
and we both received medical request in the same period ( within 30 days )

This piece of information will be useful to pre-June2010 applicants.

Under changes to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, federal skilled worker applications are assessed for eligibility according to the criteria listed below. Note: This does not apply to applicants intending to live in the province of Quebec.

These criteria affect you only if you applied on or after June 26, 2010. If your application was received before June 26, 2010, it will be processed according to the rules that were in effect at that time.

Note: If you are applying under one of the 29 eligible occupations, as of June 26, 2010, a maximum of 20,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing in the following 12 months. Within the 20,000 cap, a maximum of 1,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing each year.


Guys,there is no point being apprehensive over the new limit as those that applied before June 2010 will be treated based on old laws.

hi Louay
i believe that London office depend more on the time that u send ur 1st application to CIO (1st time to applied)
and my be also on the time that u send ur full document to London office
u send ur application to CIO about 2 months after me
so i think soon (within one month ) ur e-case will Chang to "in process" , and within 20-45 days from changing to in process u will receive ur medical .

note :- u receive ur 2nd AOR about 2 months from sending ur full documents ,i don't know way ,usually 2nd AOR receive about 15 days from sending full documents , and this is may cause some delay
