hi Yes all the info on page one is Ok, other than free GCMS is no more available.
I applied through one email given in my signature saadi salamn, $ 10/-
u can try him but you need paypal and credit card.

I just received my GCMS, and in there, they recognized that I have a sister in Canada, but they did not award any point for that, anybody here who had the same experience? Should I do something regarding this?

Also, they just gave me 10 points for age factor where it should have been 12 points (I'm 29 years old upon submission of documents) based on the new selection factor for FSW 13. Again, I'm thinking if I should do something about it.

Lastly, it's indicated there that my total points is just 66 (because of non-inclusion of the points I mentioned above) but I received a PER.

Based from the facts I wrote above, should I be worried? Is there still a chance that my visa office will grant me the additional 7 points?

you can write VO (reply in the same email with reference to the GCMS and your calculations of Marks, to consider the case specially for the AGE. they can not deny it.

regarding your sister,
1. please submit required documents such as Credit CArd Statements, income tax return, Bank Statement, and Payslips, to show them that your sister is in Canada.
2. you have to give them additional proof that your father/mother name and sister father name in the [passports or other marriage certificate or any other document is the same. after these documents you can again write a letter to cic VO explaining and details again with reference of GCMS to grant u marks.

Hi,

I am june 2010 case under NOC 4131 and got medicals on 8th November 2012. My son who is already in Canada has got his medicals done from there only and now still waiting for DM since last 8.5 months got GCMS notes which says medicals not received for son in Canada which we got verified were sent to ottawa office by the concerned doctor well in time. Now the surprising thing is that my BF'D is 15th May 2015 . Does that mean I will have to wait till 2015 without my passports Medicals will expire too in Dec .. Following up with NDVO through mails no reply Any help will release our pressure thanks.

BFD May 15 means they put you in the quota of May 15 therfore it will be useles to disturb them for fast processing. if they can do it they will do it but writing them email is not fruitful
your medical will be expired in that case u hav e to go for the re-medical. just take care and wait. no other option at this moment.

Don't worry about this, assuming that this assessment was done by CIO. All they do is a preliminary assessment, making sure, you meet the pass mark (67 points). You should check the notes - the oldest note should be from CIO regarding the MI and points. You would not have received your PER, had CIO assessed only 66 points. A more thorough review will be done by your local VO, once they start working on your file.

However she got a CD which had all d scanned documents that we had submitted till date..all d forms,educaional certificates, medicals etc.
but The GCMS notes were not provided she said.The CD consists of atleast 100 pages.all our documents.
What could be the reason??does she has done sm mistake in filling the rquest or there could be gcms notes within these forms??

yes she ticked wrong column, she should tick the soft copies and not the Complete Physical file

i dont know what is on cd. Gcms also can be on cd. But physical file is not gcms

I assumed that physical files contained the actual comments (in plain English/French) made by the visa officer. So you many not get the Electronic file with codes et al, but actual files with actual comments. Can some please clarify this?

well..she said she clicked physical files..
except from all d documents..the last two pages have some reference to GCMS notes..
they said like..
it had 2 columns..
A) completenes - i) countru of origin ii) dependent child
B) processing - i) security/criminality issue ii) sponsor is not under any violation of immigration act iii)mailing adress is problem or not
they hav ticked all the option in column A
but none in column B..
So i assume that processing has not yet startded..????
but case is complete...

Personally, I don't think it will hurt to request for the electronic GCMS files.

what is the visa category? student, TRV etc.
