My cousin is a landed immigrant and was living in Ontario. However he went to Alberta to find work and while there ran into trouble. He was incarcerated for a month and is now homeless with no family. He can not find a suitable job because he has to sign in every week with the Canada border agency. He has a wife and 4 young children along with 2 sick parents left back in Ontario. He has a trial date sometime next t year with the courts. My question is: is it possible for him to continue to sign in to Canada border agency at the Ontario location. He will not be homeless, he can continue working at his business, and his family will be there.

Why doesn't ask CBSA? Interesting why he is reporting to CBSA? If it was a criminal matter, he would report to a Provincial Bail Supervisor. If he has been reported by CBSA for violating Immigration laws, that is the only reason he would be reporting to CBSA.
