yea i can immagine how you feel ms proper.so being that immigration have my passport and birth certificate say the grant me pr will i have to go pay them rights of landing to get the visa.how does that part work?

Your sponsor is the one who will be requested to pay the fee. She can do so online, using the same procedure when she paid the application fees, and then send a copy of the receipt to CPC-M and KG.

If I were you I'd pay that fee asap that way it saves on some time!!

In this case, Mrs P, it may be best for him to wait for the request. He does not know the outcome of the interview, payment at this stage would be premature. This is the only case in which I would say someone should wait if they have not already paid the fee. The decision on the interview will be determinative of the decision to issue a visa, so he should wait to be advised what the interview results were.

hi all i havent said much on here but its be a long wait for us too !!! our meds expire next friday and we still havent heard nothing and our app has been in since nov 2011 and nothing yet for us... and talkin to a mp about stuff doesnt always help cuz mine sure wouldnt push to help us to get him here .. its very frustrating .. maybe someone can give me any adivice other then just wait and see what happends .. im sure we will have to do the meds redo but as i understand we should wait for a letter
also my husband has never recieved anything from immigration ever wasnt he supposed to get something 90days after they recieved it in ja they got the app in ja dec 2011
