thats awesome Proper did they call him to pickup his pasport or what.cause i am wait for a call to know my status cause after my interview the officer keeps my passport and birth certificate and told me she will be contacting me in too weeks but she didnt say i got the vist.

They called him wednesday evening and told him he had to bring in his itinerary and pp thursday morning so he was going a little crazy cuz he had to rush and buy a ticket and get everything ready seeing as kgn is 4 hrs from where he is. He goes back tuesday to get his visa

i am really looking forward to that proper cause i missses my wife badly and the IO was so terrable to be at the interview she keeps telling me i married my wife for convieneice but i keep tell her no but she say she didnt believe so thats what have worried but she told me ill get a reply in 2 weeks.do i have to pay kingston the wright of landing fee etc or at what point will i be paing that.

If they decide to approve the application, your wife will be requested to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). It will be necessary for this payment to be confirmed before a visa can be issued to you.

Thats great that your "medical recieved" was not a glitch.

Mrs Proper: No I did not get an ecas tracker email. I just decided to check by chance and saw the update on ecas.

I'm really hoping mine is not a glitch because my husbands medical is going to expire by December.

All I can do is Hope and Pray.

I wouldn't recieve any ecas tracker email because I did not put my email address on my sponsorship form.

MrsW, the ecas tracker is an external programme, it has nothing to do with CIC. What you do is provide as many markers about your application as you have (names, receipt number, file number etc), and the programme checks your eCAS for you and alerts you by email if there is a change. I use it, as do many others on this forum, so I don't have to keep checking eCAS all the time, and drive myself nuts wondering what is going on when nothing changes, LOL.

Hopefully, your update is also a legitimate one and your husband gets that PPR call soon! I am hoping that is the case for those who have received this update, it would be really great to see these files completed before year-end. Only 69 days left in 2011!

Witty- trust me I feel you, I haven't seen mr proper since aug 2010 so I was starting to go a lil crazy with not seeing him. Yer time will soon come. I have a feeling this is your week!

MrsW- trust me I was skeptical signing up for the ecas tracker thing but it really saved me from going crazy chkin ecas 5-10 times a day.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I'm doing a bit of rearranging in my room today and off to the pumpkin patch. Its a beautiful day out there so I wanna get out and enjoy it before the snow hits us. Have a good day everyone!!

I just signed up for ecas tracker. It will come in handy. I only paid half of my fee for the sponsorship application. I still have to pay the permanant residence fee. I didn't have the full amount at the time, because I was going through some tough times financially. So if they do approve my husband then they will send me a letter saying that I must pay the permanant residence fee. I wish I had all the money at the time to pay it all so that the process could go a little quicker. I heard that the process is a little quicker if you pay all the fees upfront.

MrsW, you will be advised to pay the RPRF when they have decided to approve the application. You can still shorten the time by trying to pay the fee before it is requested. It can add about 60 days (the time given to comply) to your processing if you wait until asked.

Witty - the Propers were delayed because the doctor who did Proper's medical did not submit the results of the examination back in May when he complied with a request to re-do part of the medical. Most unprofessional behaviour by the doctor.

Mrs P - don't forget to complain about that doctor. We don't want KG taking it for granted that Mr P was the only person affected by her shoddy, unprofessional service.

Hahaha I don't even know where to begin with xmas. My oldest daughter wants a E-book for xmas this year but the other 2 haven't given me any ideas to what they want. I'm gonna go get the sears wish book and have them look thro it and circle what they would like. Prob not a good idea tho seeing that they are gonna circle EVERYTHING!!! Lol

Don't worry charlie as soon as he lands a complaint will be made to any and everyone that has to do with immigration!!!


Witty- yea that doctor put us thro hell. He woulda been here this summer if it wasn't for her ridiculous antics!!
