Its been 31 days since ordering my notes, so hopefully they will be in soon.
I emailed them to inquire about them so I will let you all know if/when I get them.

I WAS THINKING MAYBE THE SAME THING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU AS ME AND MAYBE YOU WONT GET THE NOTES BUT A PASSPORT REQUEST INSTEAD!!! Which is so much better .... I'm a bit confused though because my husbands passport request was sent in the mail , a friend of mine who sponsored her husband received her passport request through e-mail , and some members on here said they received PPR through a phone call so I guess it depends on the VO and the way they choose to send them ??

Does anyone know if the VO decides you need a interview if there is another processing query to get a interview date ?? Asking for my husbands friend in JA who is waiting for there's to be finalized , hopefully with positive results

@Paula, itd make sense to me if there was another queue for interviews but not sure how that works.

well it is exactly 30 days from today that hubby goes for his interview...
From reading more recently posts we have been together for less than 2 years - perhaps another red flag
none the less we are thinking positive and saying prayers.

question for you as I'm trying to help my husbands friend and get some info for him ...

1. Did they give your husband a phone call before giving him a interview date ??

2.do you know if you were placed in another processing query to get a interview date ?

And lastly 3.how much notice did your husband get before being interviewed? And was it a letter he received ??


It's possible your application isn't flagged and you were just randomly selected for a interview as this does happen good luck

Yes, mail the original. Use registered or courier, whatever you prefer,as long as it has a tracking number for you to trace it if need be.

Great atleast they flagged it as a priority ... I didn't bother contacting them regarding mine since it was pointless to know anyways ...

I'm eager to know where your case is and hopefully your husband gets to travel back with you when you home ..
I'm hoping maybe your notes will indicate whether or not they waived your interview that way I'm able to relay the info back to my husbands friend. Every since there call from the embassy Friday he's been fretting ... She ended the call saying "she was going to think about waving the interview ". And no news yet...
I'm also curious to know if they decide to waive interview how long after that until your sent the document for PPR....maybe I should send a msg to get mine anyways even though the info is no use to me it may assist others in trying to estimate timelines or help some understand the different queries and estimate how long your file stays at each stage .....

Yes thats true. It might be helpful for you to help your friend and see what your notes say.
As soon as I get mine I will post about it and let you know if it says interview waived etc
