I am right with Missing with my thoughts today...in NO way am I sad to hear about your news Anxious...your time with KG is done... and I want so much to be in your shoes as well as everyone elses that has their husband beside them every night to talk and cuddle and kiss and love....That is what I want more than anything else in this world....I have waited many years to find and to feel the way I feel about the man I call my husband today ....and that is the reason I am so sad.... this process with KG has taken so many days away from us that we could be sharing together as husband and wife...the way GOD saw it for us when he guided my dear husband into my world 2 years ago this May 24th. I married this man over a year ago to spend every blessed day with him and Life can change and be taken away so fast and things can happen so fast and I think it is for this reason that I have to ask ....why is it that KG does not feel the same way...DO I want things done correctly..YES...DID I do my part in making sure things were done correctly ...YES....so it is for this reason I have begun to wonder about KG and why they treat us as if we are not worthy of being a family. I know they have a job to do....but when things get left for 5 months without even one single phone call...it really makes you wonder just how they really do do their job??? If they feel their is something not right on a certain file...Check into it by all means....DO YOUR JOB...but to sit and not follow up on one stinkin phone call...that puts a file back 5 months...makes absolutely NO sense to me....Most people would be fired from their job for such a lack of proper handling. We are people with hearts and feelings..and yet we are being treated like we are not worth even a reply to an email to say...YES we are working on your file and YES you will be contacted by such and such a date...is THAT too hard to ask for???? I am talking from my own personal experience as WE are now 10 months with our file in KG and going on 12 months since we filed with CIC.

Anyways...Congratulations again and I have said it many times before and I will say it again..I will have many ups and downs from now on until I too get the famous call from KG and my Family comes home to me and I too can kiss the man laying beside me in bed good night every night and Thank GOD he is finally home where he belongs!!!!!

You are a great group of people on this forum and I wish everyone the best life can offer to each and everyone of you Bless you all!!!!

1) Go the site

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563B.pdf
fill in the firm with the required details i.e.:

a) Visa post (e.g. Kingston,Jamaica etc.)
b) File number (e.g. BXXXX..)
c) Date of Birth
d) Your Postal address (In Canada address only)

2) Check on the box for the CAIPS notes request in the form.

3)Provide a photocopy of your valid permit/visa in Canada (Person requesting).

4) Write a cover letter requesting the notes (Person who requests writes that).

THE COST IS 5 DOLLARS


Post all the papers together to :

Good afternoon everyone. Was just reading in the Jamaican newspaper about the signing of the arrest warrant for Dudas. I pray for calmness across the island and for the most in Kingston. .
Close of day and like I figured no email back.
Like KC416 was saying not much on our file. They are needing the RCMP clearance and thats apparently taking since Oct, helps when ya don't send the prints till Feb what are they thinking. Hubby has the papers there but they prefer their own. So we wait and pray and try to have patience till the day. I am crunching #'s to see about going in June. So soon to be 13 months. I have no ill feelings towards anyone here, for getting out faster. To KG yes yes yes. Communication is the key here and they aren't stepping up. Hubby's been gone since Jan 2008 so much for the IMM lawyer saying "Oh 1 yr he will be back" BIG BS. I think to he was talken cause he liked the sound of his voice and we didn't pay him nothing.
Anyways family tomorrow is a brand new day with hope and payers for us all.

My mind is always in the gutter and it can get really dutty sometimes.

So, POS said that they dont need any additional documents from me. However, I have got more proofs to show to them relating to the relationship.

Does anyone think I should send those evidence off, pictures, skype calls, bank statements, bills, etc? If so, do you also think that will delay the processing time even longer?

I found this pertaining to prints/RCMP clearance

Immigration to Canada:

Persons applying for immigration to Canada through a Canadian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission located outside Canada must provide a police clearance issued by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Ottawa. This Police clearance is obtainable only through the submission of fingerprints. Fingerprints submitted directly to the RCMP by an applicant or his/her representative will be returned, with the results, by the RCMP directly to the Canadian post processing the application. Please note they will not be returned to the client or their representative.

I found this interesting since they returned them to me back like Sept, now I wonder if they should have sent the clearance through to KG back then.

Guys, I have another question and need urgent help this time.


I did the initial RCMP check for my application while I was in Canada last year. It came around the end of May 2009. I stayed in Canada until January this year. I know from previous posts that Clearances only last for about 6 months give or take.

I figured that since I lived in Canada until January 2010, which was about 7ish months after the first RCMP clearance was taken if I would need to retake another one. If so, should I go ahead now and take it to avoid more delays. I am sure the procedure alone over here in this corrupted place is about a month alone.

Girl you must be really confused to be hating the sunshine/heat, give you a few winter in Canada and you will be begging for that some of that sunshine/heat..... just saying....
