KMC: My hubby received his AOR letter from KG February 1st dated January 26th stating that they had his application. KG also started processing his file February 1st 2010.

missing that was brilliant ...I was preparing a far better post instead of just those lines in particular....But anyways remeber way back when for me a week before my BF date and i emailed them RASS cuz you know how i was CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY !!! and the next day without a doubt they called for PP...So i truly think that they will call you this week if they get that email man ...It a mus ....But if they dont it should be much longer Missing ...you a deh a deh end fi sure ...Nuh ttu!!! Dem cyaan mek dis stretch out nuh longa man !!

Anyways now yuh see why mi delet the post cau mi want fi write sintin way more dtailed....

OH BTW missing you must know by now mi nuh love 1 liners mi haffi type type when mi a post ...Mi naw bodda wid 1 line tings ...yuh see just tru mi a deh pan mi phone a type it out and mi cyaan bodda wid dat ..so when wi reach bak a yaad mi fix it up suh ....lol ....it was nuttin mi gyal only tru mi wanted fi wrtie sinting more detailed...all now me wanna write dis and dat bout how mi hubby when fi get him OHIP{ card and all dem things ...WOW mi proud bad today man .....we drove to kingston to get the OHIP cards ...everything is done him straight as staright can be ....

i think most of us have put our info on www.trackitt.com... if you go there and put on the proper filters on their tracking application (canadian applications, thru kingston, spousal), that might make things a little clearer... jammy's spreadsheet is awesome, but is meant to show where we are in the process at a single glance rather than how the process laid out for each of us...

LCW... i dont think you went any crazier then anyone of us would go ...ur wait was long long, and a well deserved reunion. ;D I have given up having any sort of expectations of them, but i could not stay quiet and wait. My original plan was to wait til after our BF date to email them, so i could remind them that our BF date had passed, but last night i literally could not sleep as all i was thinking about was what i would say in the email next week. So i decided that maybe i could try to piss them off enough again to kick my hubby out of JA I figured worst case scenario, they continue to let his file collect dust like they have been doing any ways. Our request for med and police was dated Feb 15.... I was under the understanding they are to have a 60 BF date not 90...so i dont know...I feel like i dont know what i am doing anymore, always grasping at straws looking for a glimmer of hope where ever i can find one, but i just cant find anymore... i dont know how you all just keep strong and have faith, Hubby and I are both running out :'(

Just as mi catch a the stove mi come back fi read tonight ....Missing real thing is when them ask for medical redo for us it was in november ...So by time them check back and call for passport it was 3 months later ...So i dunno BUT just when your faith and thing a run out just like mines did ...sure enough them call ...I am preparing for your day anytime now trus mi !!! Nuh worry you may not have the faith BUT i will remain faithfully positive that ur day is coming relly soon man ...MARK MY WORDS

Yes he has his sin card first day he landed...he has his PR card exactly 1 month after landing ...3 weeks after landing a full time job ..benifits pensions yadda...Now his health card and for my step daughter...Everything set and now him bonified STRAIGHT!!

Dont worry missing you have been a inspiration to me as well through my journey you have been a freind also ...I always have a kind word for you my freind always ...

Just relax and breath tonight girl things soon happen !!!

Gee lots happened while I worked this afternoon...lol......it is SO funny how this forum runs.....love it!!!

Missing...I think your email deserves a reply...and I sure hope you get one that isn't generic again!!!!!! GOOD LUCK and let me just tell you I know exactly how you and your hubby are feeling....I keep telling myself this will be over soon.....and then I wipe away another tear because I am so lonely for my husband!!!

Homesoon...that is so exciting ..I really want to know how your daughter reacts to seeing her Daddy....it will be a moment to cherish forever!!!

HF....you made me laugh... The Sound of Music is such a great movie...and thank you for sharing how you feel..... You will have a hard time to work from now on until hubby is in your arms!!!

Oh and this KFC....which is PFC here in Quebec..lol...hubby talks about it ALL the time... Jam...that will be me...hubby will call and say...bring a bucket home....I need my chicken...lol ...when we talk on the phone at night ...he will say.."bring me to KFC"...

Oh wow - I hope the good news continues. So many need a response soon!

so I have a question for those who have already arrived (or if anyone know's even if not). How will my hubby apply for his PR card once he lands? Is it an application or automatic?

re: surprising daughter -- a few asked how. Well it's easy because she's older. She normally comes home from school around 3:30 and I come home from work between 5-6:30pm. Well his flight lands around 5:30 - so I've taken 1/2 day off work and I'll pick him up and just show home as per usual. And when I'm pulling in I'll call her and tell her I need her to come out and help me bring in the groceries .....

HF - hope they process his passport quick and he's here soon.
