yeah you have to be careful not to get to depressed....people who filed 1 month after me are on the plane to Canada and I am still waiting for an AOR from my VO.....well the ND VO is fast fast...so I try to remember that and my VO is slow slow...so I try and remember and stay positive but sometimes it is not easy.......oh well.....I knew it was a long haul but I truly did not think it would bother me this much....its like having a baby.....they tell you the pain is bad but until you give birth you have no ideablondie1216 said:

Hi KJG, I just read your post and wanted to say that it`s possible you may not even receive an AOR from the KGN VO. I received a letter stating that our file was being transferred to the Kingston VO on March 25th and after that we heard nothing until about 3 weeks ago. I had emailed them asking for confirmation. I told them I wanted to be reassured that my husband`s app wasn`t lost in transit. The day after I contacted them they emailed me back telling me they have received my husband`s app and it is in process. So it seems as though they weren`t going to send me an AOR or at least not before they started to process it! Hopefully this will give you some positive vibes. I`m learning that the kingston vo is slow in communication and doesn`t give a damn about updating the online status. On a serious note, FW is correct about KG not issuing AORs. I haven't heard of anyone getting one since 2010. I realize this forum is just a sample, but I figure at some point in almost 2 years (my word, I have been here long!) if they had issued any, someone should have gotten one!
