Hi, I just got DM on 22nd oct. AOR was 19th June, I have spouse on application. You shouldn't be waiting too long now. Seems like they are getting through the June applications quickly now.

I checked my ecas last Oct 23 and it says DM. Hopefully, PPR soon.

Submitted and AOR - June 10
Ecas -in process Aug. 31
DM- Oct 23

I got DM on the 17th but nothing since. I saw other applicants getting PPRs on the 23rd and still nothing here. Hopefully we are not far to go!

In my time zone (GMT), I am losing hope after 11pm... The most frustrating waiting period is when you got DM but no PPR!

I can very well understand this endless wait to ppr after DM
Many ppl who received dm after 20th got their ppr in the last ppr batch (23-24th oct). few have reported on weekend which I am not sure about.

Even i am trying to stay positive. checking emails, forum,ecas atleast 20 times a day.
fingers crossed..

Any idea about validity of pr visa . I may not be able to go immediately. I read somewhere it is 1 year from medicals but not sure.

I'm not a June AOR applicant but I've been closely monitoring this thread, as June AORs progress means a slight overview of updates for next months AOR just like me.

June 19 AOR has the most recent update as of the moment (DM 10/22)

My understanding is that you have a year from the date you did your medicals to land in Canada. So if you did your medicals on the 1st of Jan you have until the 31st of Dec to do it or if your passport expires earlier than the the 31st of December by the date your passport is to expire.

After you have landed you have 3 year to move fully as to retain your PR status you need to live in Canada for 2 out of a 5 year period.
