If you are after DM, well probably you ll be in the next batch... Fridays are usually the day for that..HakikiKanada said:Does anyone has experience about timing after CIC request PCC?
Sorry for the off-topic but... Lumen_UK, have you already mailed CPC-Ottawa in order to change your VO (for PR certificate and visa stamp)? Have you already received a response?Lumen_UK said:If you are after DM, well probably you ll be in the next batch... Fridays are usually the day for that..
I have yes. I emailed them the same day I got my PPR. I asked for a read notification on outlook and my email was read 20 minutes later but no response. They take about 10 days to get back to you. Might be worth sending a CSE. Do you have to submit your passport or just photocopies?ffortuna said:Sorry for the off-topic but... I mailed them 2 days ago but they haven't replied yet.
Congrats Lumen_UK! I've read your previous posts.Lumen_UK said:I can happily confirm that PPR landed in my inbox at 04:13am GMT. CIC must have hired people to do night shifts as it was 00:13am EDT!
Oh well, now the struggle for the VO change begins...
I also sent an email on the same day I gor my PPR but I didn't ask for a read notification (good idea!). I hope that they will reply asap.Lumen_UK said:I have yes. Thank you Gabbana for your lovely message. It is indeed worth the wait. It was over 4 months but felt so long. Now I have to send the docs and arrange my landing!Gabbana said:Congrats Lumen_UK! I've read your previous posts.
It's really worth the painful wait!
All the best!
Have you tried to ring your local VO? They may be able to assist...ffortuna said:I also sent an email on the same day I gor my PPR but I didn't ask for a read notification (good idea!). I hope that they will reply asap.
In my case I need to send the VO/LVO the original passport. :|
I am JULY applicant and got the ghost email from CIC but no change on ECAS or Mycic.scell said:Just out of curiosity, how many of you who got DM, received ghost email before it? Does everyone receive a ghost email before DM?
