Question:

when we upload the photo in portal, if it doesn’t align properly then it says not validated, and gives the prompt that picture might be too dark or too bright, adjust the brightness.
But the question is when it accepts the picture, does it say photo validation successfully or it doesn’t say anything at all.

Try taking the picture in light color clothes or crop your image upto your shoulder where only white background is visible.
