Did you get an email or something regarding PR card? I haven't received mine yet

You will receive PR confirmation email from IRCC and then you can login into your PR portal and download your ecopr. I would recommend emailing back on your P1 email and raise a web form if you haven't received your ECOPR yet. I got mine with this approach.

Try login to PR portal and scroll down to the bottom, sometimes you will not receive email and it will show in review until you get PR card. I am still waiting for mine.

Try taking the picture in light color clothes or crop your image upto your shoulder where only white background is visible.
