Its a ghost update. They will not email you.

1. It took me almost a month before I got my eCoPR from P2 2. Yes it is 3. It took me a week before I got my PR card in my mail 4. Yes. Walked in to Service Canada just to have it changed. Then waited for a week before I called the CRA about the changes of my SIN number.

Only saw 2 ghost updates on my gckey about it. First was they put a date on Final Decision. The second was they told me that the PR card has been mailed and it will take 6 weeks to deliver. I only waited for 5 days though

its the same number in my case. P1 is the moment that foretells the approval, not FD. FD means they have a decision and gathering it. If they sent a P1, that's the sign of approval and just a little thing to do to formalize your permanent residency. This is as per the agent I spoke to

Have you tried calling IRCC? I'm a constant caller of them since second week of my application. If you can see my tracker, there's a lot of "we received your inquiry" post there. Also, raise a webform too.
