    Tracker updated yesterday, and now I can see my eligibility in progress. I called IRCC two weeks ago. Eligibility and BG were not started at that time.

    I believe it was updated yesterday. On my tracker account I can see "Updated on Oct 03". Also, now it shows eligibility is in process.

    I don't think the eligibility section on tracker is accurate. Many applicants received P1/P2 and their tracker says eligibility "not started" so.

    UCI NUMBER

    This information is correct. We all had UCI starting with CAN. It will be updated to your Study/Work permit UCI after a month or two. No need to panic or withdraw your file.
