There's a standard letter from CIC & on the checklist they highlight the particular document(s) that you missed to send with your application.

Ok I have a job offer of Bookkeeper and in Pakistan my Occupation is Manager Accounts..........what they write in the letter please read below im really confused to read it........

"we have assessed your declared occupation against the list of occupations identified by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and published in the Canada Gazetter on June 26, 2010. Your occupation do not correspond to any of the eligible occupations.

Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the ministeral instructions and your application is not eligible for processing"

Even i have send the all documents related to job offer.............and i forget the send Transcript but they did not mention that anywhere............

I guess your application was returned not for being incomplete but because it didn't qualify under one of the two categories described under MI. If you are category 1 for which NOC in 29 eligible occupations you sent your application? Does your duties match to that NOC ? If your payment(CC/BD) was charged/ cashed then you surely passed the completeness check & was refused at the second stage where they check if you qualify under MI.

In other words they check if you have one year of continuous full-time paid work experience in at least one of the 29 eligible occupations listed or have a valid offer of arranged employment. It was refused before eligibility review.

@ Awai, I just had a look at the tracker and noticed you applied under NOC 1231, which is not on the eligible 29 professions. That is the basis of the refusal if you applied under FSW1. I feel bad cos I should have noticed this earlier and queried you abt it.
However if it is under FSW2, was the job offer approved by HRSDC?....Just in case you are wondering, I dont think they went any further to check your supporting docs once they noticed you did not meet the requirement under experience. Thus the failure to mention the absence of transcripts....Mandie

Oh sorry I took you as FSW1 based on your profile info on the left hand side. If you have arranged employment you belong to category FSW2. Ali but both 1111 & 1231 are not on the 29 eligible occupations list. Check http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list. The list hasn't changed since 26th June 2010.

I think it is case of wrting the wrong NOC Code. CIO is really hard on NOC codes...if your AEO is NOC 1231, your NOC on the application should also be 1231
Manager Accounts and Bookkpeer responsibilities are the same...........They might be the same but what separates them is the NOC codes!

what i have to show the experience as BookKeeper??????? cause i have the job of Bookkeeper is it??????? You wouldn;t need to show experience as you have AEO. It is different from the case of FSW1 applicants who need to show experience lettercolor]
Now you have the chance to properly put in another application as you are in no way affected by the cap. Good luck...Mandie

Hi Awai, 1st informals, sorry for your application refusal..

In my opinion (since I'm also under FSW2), if you have a job offer under NOC 1231, you need to prove at least 1 year of experience on that profession - no matter if it's very similar to NOC 1111. At least, that's what I could understand from the application handbook.

For your application to be eligible for processing, you must:
•include the results of your official language proficiency test, AND
• have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
•have one year of continuous full-time paid work experience in at least one of the occupations listed here.

Note the OR meaning EITHER AEO or 1 year experience.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
In Awai's case, the AEO did not correspond with what he put on the application form. CIO will not try and second guess what an applicant is trying to write even though they have provided a valid AEO under a NOC. That is why they stress on the NOCs. As he didn't provide AEO for NOC 1111 (which he indicated on the space for NOC where the application will be assessed, CIO rejected his application.
If he wants to add experience letter, that is fine, but as per the guide it is not a requirement provided he has HRSDC approved AEO....Mandie

That's it. Sounds very accurate.
