By dispatch, you mean about PR cards? I think the FD changes to the date you receive your eCoPR!

Oh sorry just saw in your signature that your eCoPR was on 07th. If you're seeing FD with today's date, then maybe they approved your photo. The next GC would mean that they dispatched your card. From other threads, I saw that they receive 2 GUs before the cards are being sent!
