If you have a valid reason, you could always request to reschedule the test... check the pdf in the email for more info.
Is there anyone that still cannot create the tracker account? My AOR is Aug 31st and I still cannot do that.

Hi,
I submitted my digital fingerprints for RCMP through a third party company, do I need to do anything else? (upload the receipt through webform?)

Application sent: July 2nd, 2023
AOR: July 31st
Fingerprint Request: September 14th
Fingerprints submitted: September 16th

were you instructed to submit the receipt? I was also asked to submit fingerprints but neither IRCC nor the fingerprinting agency asked for that. so I assume no, we don't have to submit anything, but not sure.
After some weeks do verify with IRCC they did receive the fingerprint. Many times they crib they havent received it.
After submitting the fingerprints, When should we expect an update on the tracker that fingerprint are received/background complete?
There is no received update if I am not wrong but background will get completed once they process the FP. Timeline for it is difficult to guess as it depends on the officer working on your file.

Scheduled for test: Sept 25. (Online
Test completed: Sept 25th (online) passed temp online result, yet CIC tracker shows, not started)
Ceremony: In progress
The results and steps/checkpoints seems to be all over the show with CIC. Test done(today actual test online), background done, but rest all still in progress.
i assume any experiencing this.
wife was called for fingerprints, no completed sections on her or kids applications. She has already completed the online test (passed online test as well)
Wonder what the real average is for applications this year.
Wonder which processing office we are. My wife’s fingerprints were requested by Vancouver (we are around Ottawa area) and out online tests were from Ottaw based email. So not really sure.
