same situation almost same dates.. tried to call them but due to exceptional circumstances were not able to transfer my call. did any one experienced the same?Did anyone check recently with citizenship customer care team about status? My background check was completed in tracker since Aug 28th and I called them to enquire about my test completion status. The agent said my test is completed on file, but background verification is still in progress. My tracker shows background completed and citizenship test in progress. No idea, what's going on @forw.jane
I was able to connect to an agent today, he said my test is completed on the file, but BG is in progress. Where as my tracker says BG verification is complete and citizenship test is in progress.same situation almost same dates.. tried to call them but due to exceptional circumstances were not able to transfer my call. did any one experienced the same?

You get to choose the date and time i.e. any time between the dates they have mentioned. If it says "You've been scheduled to take citizenship test online between October 3, 2023 and October 23, 2023. Information and instructions will be sent to you," does it mean that I get to choose the date or do they choose the date will let me know of the date? Also, as a note, they sent my AOR on 30 Aug, and they also requested fingerprints recently. Just noting it here in case someone is in a similar situation as me.
Oh okay great. Thank you so much! You get to choose the date and time i.e. any time between the dates they have mentioned.
