I am still waiting for PR card since I got eCoPR in June 7th. Anyone from June still waiting for the card? Does processing start when you ‘link’ your account?

For those who got their PR card, how long it took from eCoPR to receive the card? (Ottawa Office)

People who got eCoPR through portal don’t need to apply for PR card right? they will just send it to you since you provided your photo and address in the portal. I don’t understand when should people link their PR card application to CIC account?
