I was checking the Singapore family visa processing times and showed 27 months. According to your timeline, however it got processed within almost 6 months, so I am very surprised!

Yes, AOR2 means the Sponsor was approved and the application will have been transferred to the Principal Applicant's Visa Office for the second stage of the process (- assessment of the Principal Applicant/person(s) being sponsored).charlem said:

It's probably nothing, but here is the link for the discussion of the change. Most people think nothing will actually change. Inland seems to be faster perhaps (not faster than outland). I mean, it's silly to think that every country in the world will take the same amount of time. Certain countries are known to be very fast and others very slow. I'd go by the statistics we're seeing posted by everyone else unless through January and February a lot of people are behind or not getting updates.Dko said:
