Hi Cansk, yes I'm starting to get worried now. I sent them a case specific enquiry last week but not heard back from them yet. I'm hoping the Christmas holidays have played a part in the delay. I know I'm not the only one who's been waiting for COPR to arrive from London so perhaps there's a backlog in the system somewhere.. maybe it's because the photo specifications changed at the end of November and they're going to request new ones or maybe London are just being slow! I'm keeping everything crossed that it arrives this week.

Hey all want to get your opinions on this...sent my wife's application in July and got SA end of August...application went into processing end of September no updates since. Medical was done before hand and submitted with application. Shouldn't we have seen medical received by now in ecas? Should I call CiC call centre?

Hi, Same here.
But I think (and hope) that it's missing only because ecas is not updated.
My GCMS file from 2 month ago states am In Process for the medical.

I just got a 'Request for Submission of Passport(s)' Cheesy Cheesy And e-cas has been updated to decision made.

in the email they ask for :

1. A photocopy of the bio page of your passport and each accompanying dependent to the Embassy of Canada in Warsaw by mail, e-mail (warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca) or by fax (48 22 584-3194).

2. Two (2) recent photographs for yourself and each accompanying dependent

Later it says :

Please submit everything in one package, with a copy of this letter, within 30 days. Failure to comply with this request within this time frame may result in the closure of your application without further notification.

My question for all of you is that #1 tells me to email/fax it, but then they tell me everything should be submitted together... and I'm assuming they don't just want a scanned copy of the photos.

Any suggestions?

Great thread to read. Our notes appeared blank as of Dec 11. Interview request Jan 8th.
Things are moving. In first 3 months but not showing in notes. When things start to "happen" it goes fast.
One member got blank notes and was approved 3 weeks later. I'm beginning to wonder about the whole GCMS process. Our notes are due again tomorrow. Really hope to see something about interview.

5 weeks after eCAS changed to DM. What a relief!
