Oops :-[ I was sooooooo excited that I forgot to write that they asked hubby to bring his passport with him. Does this go under PPR on the spreadsheet? Do you think hubby may get his visa after the interview? Is this possible? 8)Double Rainbow said:***Happy Wednesday everyone**** Hubby received notice yesterday Dec 04th that he has an interview January 07th 2013. Awwwww thankyou sooooooooo much Yes, I hope hubby will be fine for the interview. They asked hubby to bring his passport, some paperwork of his ownership of property and some proofs of new and continuing communication after our wedding ( since submission of our app.)They also want all of my pages in my passport copied and plane tickets, stamps if I have been back since. I have not so I wonder if they still want my passport pages still copied? Could it be possible hubby could get the visa the same day after the interview? Has anybody heard of getting their visa after the interview? ??? That would be grrrreat 8)bagelbagel81 said:Great News, Double Rainbow! It's nice to see things are finally moving along for July folk. I think in some cases they let you know then and there whether you are successful or not - however as for issuing the actual VISA then and there, I don't think so. Maybe they take the passport and then send it back via registered mail in the following weeks?Double Rainbow said:Awwwww thankyou sooooooooo much Yes, I hope hubby will be fine for the interview. (I could be wrong!) I will update you on the spreadsheet to PPR!
Wow! Congratulations to you and Mrs.MCR ;D 8) :-*motorcyclerider said:Our ordeal is over. Wife's passport and COPR just arrived at our doorsteps. Still can't believe how fast our application was processed at the HK visa office. Thank you HK visa office for your efficiency and professionalism. The COPR was dated 11/23/2012 so from start to finish it took us just under 4 months. Must be a record. We stumbled out of the starting blocks (81 days for stage 1) but bolting to the finish line (40 days for stage 2). Wish the rest of you a swift stage 2. When I have time I'll put up our detailed timeline. Please update my info. in the spreadsheet and put my landed as spring 2013, thanks bagelbagel81.
Congratulations superbtang ;D 8) :-*superbtang said:our process finally goes to the end. we receive passport and copr today...

Hi Mrs. B I just checked the Spreadsheet. The PPR is for hubby to bring to the interview on January 07th/13. Hubby received the news December 04th/12 of the interview date January 07th /13 and also the PPR to bring January 07th /13 Would the 04th of December /12 then still be as a PPR on the spreadsheet or the 07th of January? ??? Thankyou for all of your time to place all of us on the spreadsheet to check against :-* ;D 8) You are doing an amazing job. :-*bagelbagel81 said:I think in some cases they let you know then and there whether you are successful or not - however as for issuing the actual VISA then and there, I don't think so.
