I followed @Anonyref's advise and sent an email to RCMP. They confirmed that they sent the results to IRCC Vancouver on April 4th. Now I have to wait for our Canada Post to do the thing. At least, I'm not in the dark about the background check anymore. Thanks bud!
Btw, RCMP must be wondering why there is a sudden rush of email asking for the status

Hi everyone! I am posting a question related to fingerprint request.
I got a request for fingerprint on Mar 7 in the online tracker account. However, I haven't got any instruction letter by email or mail so far.
It's worth noting that the IRCC requested me for the fingerprint in the past when I applied PR (in 2020).
- Could it be anything I should concern about?
- Anyone is in the same situation?
- How did you resolve it?

check your spam folder in your email. You should have got it within a few days of receiving a request. You have to complete the request within 30 days from when the letter is received. If you haven’t received it yet I would strongly suggest you get in touch with IRCC via phone. Also, not getting this done promptly can result in delays in your application, so try to sort it asap. Hope this helps.

I second this - my spouse waited a week and then got the fingerprint request the next day after she called (she started at 8 am, got in the queue on the third try and was on hold for 10-15 mins).
As I understood it, if it hasn't come within five days, then it's probably not going to come.

Thank you for the note. I use a separate email just for paperwork-related purpose so there are a few emails in it. Already check both inbox and spam folders but still nothing. passed test today on April 7th.

Most cases within a week , some cases a bit more
My Background verification status has been updated to Completed on April 6.
