How did you all receive your AOR's? Is it to the postal address in the application?

Mines now 39 days, so a bit longer than the Average so I'm a little worried...

The sponsor will get an email from CIC. You can call them if you are worried! but I'm sure you will get it this week, don't worry!

Hello & a huge thanks to all of you lovely people in this forum/site..

It's really helped ease our mind, knowing that there are others in the same boat. The OH & I sent our application a couple of weeks ago after the stress of gathering documents, trying to remember what I've been doing the last 10 years & all that jazz! His part seemed so easy to fill out in comparison! We sent our app to the new Mississauga address after I (fortunately) thought I'd call & double check with CIC..plus we also sent my OWP app with it.

So... at the moment it's lots of anxiety & all fingers crossed that we get AOR in the coming weeks & that Canada post didn't lie to us/our app isn't sitting at the bottom of a giant pile! Just nervous as I want to make sure we have something official from CIC, as well as the receipt & app copies when we go to change my current visa to an implied status.

Anyway:
Can I be added to the spreadsheet? (or should I do it myself?)
Anyone else applying for Quebec?

My Canada post tracker said that my documents (sponsorship papers) have been received on the 27th of Jan,2014 but I have not gotten any mail/email from Mississauga office to confirm it.

I have been told to "Send an email to question @ cic.gc.ca with your name, address, date of birth and UCI number, date you mailed in your app and ask if they can confirm you that they received it and if they could give you your file number. But I would still wait a week or two. Maybe you'll receive an email soon."

I am applying to renew my study and off campus work permit because they expire on the 31st of July,2014. My passport expires on the 19th of Dec,2015 so I will need to renew that next year and reapply for a visitors or open work permit visa if CPC-M still haven't dealt with my case.

Hopefully you'll get it this week too James.. Someone got it after 84 days according to the spreadsheet.. I wonder why they are taking too long, if they are just checking if all the documents are sent..
