Have noticed that you did include IMM0008 dep form in your app written n/a on the paper...since you had put n/a on the column, did you sign on the last page?

This is not quite correct. There is no 10 years limit on police certificates. You MUST go back all the way to age 18.

Hi guys,

I need some suggestions from you. Please help me.

What should we do:

1. My wife gave birth last January 30, 2014 same day when I received the AOR via email. Do we need to inform the CPC-V about this? What form should we fill up then? What are the requirements needed to proof that we have newly born child? Is it only nirth certificate?

2. Can my wife do her medical already although we don't have any request from the VO?

3. With regards to police checks, should my wife get one in the first place before sending the application? Ot is it okay to send it together with the additional information we have right now?

4. How can she obtain police check here in Alberta? What are the requirements?

Congrats for the baby! I think you should send the birth certificate with an explanation letter, that should be enough.

My application was returned last Friday because I was using the old form. I sent it out again this monad and received on Tuesday... =(
Now I'm worried if they will mistakenly transfer my app to missisauga..
Does anyone had app returned and know if the resend app will get AOR faster than first time submission ?

I'm so sorry Did they send back the whole package? Wich form was it and how old? I don't know anything about cases like this, maybe you can get more answer in the Inland 2013 topic.

I think you misunderstand the concept of AOR. They send you AOR when the all forms and documents are filed correctly. In your case, because it was not done properly you're not gonna get AOR until you send the right form.

Hi everyone,
we are still struggling to gather all the documents. we hope to submit it this saturday. I actually have a question about tax stuff. my sponsor was a contractor (self employed) last year but now he is a full time employee. the only tax form that he has is a notice of assessment-option C, he doesnt have any T4...
in one of the forms, he has to write down his net income for the past 12 months, and he doesnt know how much of the money that he received will go for taxes because he hasnt yet filed his tax for 2013 yet. so we are just going to write a cover letter and explain the situation and approximate his net income for 2013 based on the tax he paid for 2012. being a self employed made things more complicated!
do you guys have any suggestions? thanks sooo much!
